We are located in Sai Towers, which is right near Kalaniketan in Dilsukhnagar. It’s a busy area with a lot of traffic and people moving around. Our unit is number 04. It’s a ground floor space, which makes it easy for people to drop off their heavy equipment without having to deal with elevators. I opened this place a few years ago. Before that, I was working out of my house, but there wasn't enough room for all the tools. Now, even this shop feels a bit small sometimes. We have shelves lined with old motherboards and random power cables that I might need someday. It’s not the cleanest looking place, but we know where everything is. The fan on the ceiling makes a bit of a clicking noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. Most of our customers are from the nearby apartments or people who work in the shops around here. We don't really do anything fancy. If a computer is broken, we look at it. If someone needs a new part, we see if we have it in the back. Sometimes we have to wait a couple of days for deliveries to arrive. It’s just how it goes. We’re usually here from morning until late evening, depending on how much work is piled up on the bench. There’s a calendar on the wall that’s still on last month, but we’re too busy to change it.
