We find that this keeps things a bit more quiet and focused for us. The building is well-known in the area, so it is not too difficult to give directions to visitors. We have been operating from this apartment-style office for some time now and it has everything we need. Most of the time, the team is just sitting around the tables working on various software tasks and projects. We don't have a fancy reception area with a dedicated person sitting there all day. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to answer it. It makes the whole place feel a lot more casual and less stiff than a traditional corporate environment. Hyderabad is growing so fast, and we see new buildings going up all around us, but we are quite happy with our spot in Telkar'S Residancy. We don't feel the need to move to a flashy glass building. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. It is a humble way of doing things, and it allows us to just be ourselves while we get through our daily lists. We like the local food options around here too, which is a nice bonus.
