Kbm Properties Llp is based over in Kamalapuri Colony, specifically Phase 1. Our door is at 8/3/833/8, which is right in the Srinagar Colony area. It's a pretty nice spot, a bit quieter than the main roads, which helps when we need to concentrate. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us here. We handle property stuff, mostly talking to people and checking out different sites around the city. The office is usually a bit of a jumble with maps and keys and old notebooks. We don't really follow a strict dress code; if you show up in jeans, that’s fine with everyone. We started this because we liked the idea of working for ourselves and staying local. Srinagar Colony has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, but the vibe is still the same. We don't write big mission statements or use words like "synergy." We just try to help people find what they’re looking for and make sure the paperwork is in order. Sometimes we get behind on the filing, but we always catch up eventually. Kbm Properties Llp is a simple operation. We like being in Kamalapuri Colony because it feels like a real neighborhood. If you’re around Phase 1 and see the 8/3/833/8 sign, that’s us. We’re usually inside drinking tea and working through the day’s tasks, just like everyone else around here.
