Kavuri Hills Developers Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Supreme Enclave, right on Plot No. 5. This part of the city, near the Jubilee Hills post, has grown a lot since we started. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s a few of us working out of this office in Kavuri Hills. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on site. It gets dusty and hot, but that’s the job. We focus on building things around this specific neighborhood. You might have seen some of our projects while driving through the hills. We don't really do flashy ads. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just driving past the office. Sometimes the office dog, Bruno, greets people at the door, though he’s usually just sleeping under the desk. Building houses takes a long time and there are always delays with supplies or the weather, so we spend a lot of time on the phone. It's a lot of coordination. We try to stay organized but some days are just chaos with everyone talking at once. It’s a local business and we like it that way. We know the local rules and the people around here. If you need to find us, we're just down the road from the main junction. It's a quiet spot most of the time compared to the city center. We keep a stack of old magazines on the table for people to look at while they wait. The air conditioner is a bit loud but it keeps the dust out. We just take one project at a time and try to get it done without too much fuss. It’s a steady way to live and work.
