Our workplace is located in Himayathnagar, specifically in the M.G. Naidu Apartment building. We’re in unit D-1. It’s an older building, which gives it a bit of character compared to the new glass towers. We’ve been here for a while and like the vibe of the neighborhood. It’s central, so getting anywhere in Hyderabad isn't too bad. The office is basically a converted apartment. It has a kitchen where we make way too much tea and a few rooms that we’ve turned into workspaces. We have desks shoved against the walls to make space for everyone. We do technology work, mostly on the software side. It’s not a flashy setup. We have some old posters on the walls and plenty of whiteboards covered in scribbles. It feels like a home because it used to be one. That makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the apartment number 3-4-1007. The security guard knows us by now. We’re just a bunch of regular people trying to build something useful. We don't bother with corporate talk. We just focus on getting the code right and making sure our clients get what they need. It’s a simple, honest way to work. We enjoy the quiet mornings before the phone starts ringing and the day really starts.
