Mepstra Engineering And Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Kavuri Hills. We’re pretty close to Hotel Jubbli Ritz, which is how most people find us when they’re coming for a meeting. We are near Hotel Jubbli Ritz, just in case you missed it the first time. We do a lot of the technical stuff that goes into buildings—pipes, wiring, and making sure the air conditioning actually works. It's not the most exciting thing to talk about at dinner, but it’s what we know. We’ve got a small team in the office. It’s usually a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups everywhere. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and arguing about where a vent should go. Kavuri Hills is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, and we’ve learned that things rarely go exactly as planned on a construction site. You just have to fix it and move on. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of people. It’s just us trying to get the engineering right so the buildings don't have problems later. It takes a lot of patience. Sometimes the software crashes, or a client changes their mind at the last minute, but that’s just part of the job. We keep our heads down and focus on the work.
