We've been here in West Venkatapuram for quite a while now. Most days it’s just us at Plot No 93 B, House No 6 52 6, keeping track of the markets and helping folks with their share certificates. Secunderbad is a busy place, but our little corner is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or a big lobby, just some desks and computers where we keep an eye on things. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power goes out, but we manage. People stop by to ask about their accounts or just to see what’s happening with their investments. We spend a lot of time on the phone, explaining things over and over. It's not glamorous work, really. It gets dusty in the office since we’re near the road, so we’re always wiping down the monitors. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. If you’re looking for our spot, look for the old gate near the 500015 pin code area. We don't really do much advertising because most people find us by word of mouth or because they live just a few streets away. It’s a simple setup. We come in early, open the shutters, and stay until the market closes and the paperwork is sorted out for the day. That's pretty much how it goes here every weekday for the team.
