KARDHI CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located right on Road Number 3 in Banjara Hills, just beside Panchavathi Colony. Being an OPC means things stay pretty simple here at Kardhi Constructions. Most days start early with phone calls to site supervisors and checking on material deliveries. The traffic on this road can get a bit much around noon, so we try to get most of the moving done before that. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for the desk work and keeping the records straight. We’ve been around this part of Hyderabad for a while now. You’ll mostly find us looking over blueprints or talking to contractors about the latest project. It’s hard work, mostly involving a lot of coordination between different crews. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just drop by when they need to discuss something face-to-face. Anyway, the tea stall down the lane is where the real planning often happens. We focus on the practical side of building. There is always some paperwork to catch up on or a site visit that takes longer than expected. That is just how it goes in this business. We keep our tools ready and our schedules as organized as possible, though construction always has some surprises. Being tucked away near the colony gives us a bit of a quieter spot to handle the administrative side of things while the actual building happens elsewhere in the city.
