We are located in Rajahmundry, over in the East Godavari District. The actual spot is near the ILTD Gate, in the railway quarters, specifically number 442 D. It is an interesting place to have an infotech office because of the history of the area. You can hear the trains passing by quite often, which took some getting used to when I first started. My name is part of the small team here. We deal with computers and technical stuff all day long. It gets very humid here, especially during the monsoon season when the rain never seems to stop. We have to keep the air conditioning running just to protect the equipment from the moisture. The office itself is modest and functional. We do not have fancy chairs or a lounge area for naps. We just have our desks and our screens. I usually walk to work since I live in the quarters nearby. The neighbors are mostly railway employees and their families, so it is a very residential and friendly vibe. Sometimes we go out to the main gate to grab some snacks during the afternoon break. We handle a lot of data and digital tasks for various people. It is quiet work for the most part. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the kids playing cricket outside in the evenings. I have been working here for a few years and I like the pace. It feels like a real community.
