We are located in West Marredpally, specifically in unit 401 of the Vasavi Exotica Apartments on Street Number 8. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s much quieter than the main roads, which we quite like. Our office is basically just an apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace for our construction and venture business. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the blueprints and files everywhere, but it works for us. There are only a few of us here, and we handle everything from the initial planning to checking on the actual building sites. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes through word of mouth or people we’ve known in Marredpally for years. We like being part of the local community. Sometimes the parking on Street Number 8 can be a real nightmare, especially in the evenings, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around the table trying to figure out the best way to move a project forward. It’s not always glamorous work, and there’s plenty of stress when things don’t go perfectly, but we just keep at it. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job with the projects we take on. It’s simple and straightforward.
