Kaasyapa Developers is based in Kondapur, right on Chirec Avenue. Our address is 1-55/12. If you know the school nearby, you know exactly where we are. Kondapur has become such a huge hub lately, and being right in the middle of it is interesting. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle the development side of things. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who have been in the building industry for years. We spend our mornings checking on site progress and our afternoons here in the office dealing with the legal and technical side of development. Chirec Avenue can get pretty crowded when school lets out, so we usually plan our meetings around that. The office is mostly filled with samples of materials and stacks of drawings. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. If someone comes by, they usually just walk in and we talk right there. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We’ve seen a lot of houses and apartments go up in this area, and we’ve had our hand in a few of them. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one project at a time and try to keep things simple and clear for everyone involved. We just like building stuff that people can actually use and live in comfortably.
