Our office is tucked away on the third floor of Hig-60 in Phase V. If you know Kphb Colony in Kukatpally, you know it is a lively place with a lot going on all the time. Being up on the third floor gives us a bit of a break from the street noise, though you can still hear the vendors and cars if the windows are open. We have been in Hyderabad for some time now and this spot has become like a second home to the staff. It is not a very formal place. We have our desks set up in a way that makes it easy to talk to each other without having to get up. There is a small corner where we keep the water cooler and some snacks for when the afternoons get long. Most days are pretty straightforward. We come in, check the messages, and start working through the tasks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to keep things moving and make sure the jobs are handled. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs it, but mostly we try to get home to our families at a decent hour. It is a simple setup here at Kaasmaa Global Services. We just show up every day and put in the effort because that is how we were taught to work. Nothing too complicated about it, just honest work in a busy part of the city.
