Even though the name is K V R Associates Hyderabad, you will actually find us located at 23 6 Iv Th Trust Cross St in Mandaveli, Chennai 28. It’s a bit of a long address to write out on envelopes, but that’s where we are. The street is one of those typical Chennai lanes that can be a bit narrow, so parking is always a bit of a puzzle. We’ve been operating out of this Mandaveli spot for a good while. The building isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out during the monsoon. Inside, it’s just a bunch of desks and some old cabinets filled with records. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep up with the work as it comes in. Chennai 28 has its own vibe, and we feel like a part of the local fabric here on Trust Cross St. It’s a mix of residential houses and small offices like ours. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with meetings and presentations. We just sit down, figure out what needs to be done, and do it. It’s a quiet way to earn a living, and we like being in this part of town.
