K S Madhavi is run from our place at H.No: 19-57/2 in West Venkatapuram. We are located in the Alwal area of Secunderabad. It is a bit of a quieter part of town compared to the main city center, which we actually prefer. Our office is basically part of the residential area, so it has a very homey feel to it. We don't have a big glowing sign or a fancy lobby. It’s just a gate and a door where we do our business every day. Usually, the mornings start quiet with just the sounds of the neighborhood. We sit down with our tea and start going through the messages and files. We’ve been in Secunderabad for quite some time and we know our way around the local system. There are only a few of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We don't believe in having strict departments or complicated hierarchies. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but it’s a nice atmosphere. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do our work and keep things running smoothly at this 19-57/2 address. It’s a steady life and we’ve gotten used to the pace of things here in West Venkatapuram. Just a simple local business doing its thing.
