JYOTHI AVENUES LLP

We’re located over at Nagarjuna Hills, at number 41. It’s right in the Panjagutta area of Hyderabad. If you know the city, you know that this area is always buzzing and crowded. Jyothi Avenues is our small real estate firm. We have been working out of this particular office for quite some time. It’s a bit of a climb when the lift is acting up, but we don't mind much. We handle land and various property matters. Most of our clients are just regular people from around the neighborhood or people who heard about us from their family. We don't really do any big advertising or marketing. People just find us through word of mouth and stop by for a chat. The office is usually a bit messy with site plans and rolls of paper everywhere. We have a small team here. We aren't into the corporate way of doing things at all. We would much rather sit down and talk about a property over a cup of coffee. Panjagutta is a good central spot, even if the noise from the main road can be a bit much during the day. We spend a lot of our time out of the office anyway, looking at different plots of land or meeting folks at their homes. It’s a lot of manual work and driving around. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss. It is a simple operation.
