JSVR PROJECTS LLP is based out of Khanamet, near the Rangareddi area. Our office is located at Pt.476, SY, 11/8 11/1. It’s a bit of a specific address so people sometimes get lost trying to find us the first time. We are right in the thick of things in Hyderabad. The team here is mostly made up of people who have been in the project business for a long time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our work well and go home to our families. The office gets a bit dusty sometimes because of all the nearby construction, but that’s just part of the job. We have a lot of files and folders piled up. Every project has its own set of problems and we just figure them out as they come. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We’ve been in Khanamet for a while now and we like the vibe of the place. It’s busy and there’s always something new being built. Our days are filled with calls and site visits. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just say what needs to be said and get on with it. It’s a straightforward business and we plan to keep it that way. No fancy labels or complicated promises.
