Jr. Engineer

We are Jr. Engineer, based right here in Hyderabad. We don’t have a fancy office in a glass building; we just work out of our space in the city. Hyderabad is a big place with a lot of engineering going on, and we’ve found our own little corner of it. Most of our days are spent going through plans and managing technical details. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The office is a bit of a mess sometimes, with maps and papers spread out over the tables. We don’t really mind. It feels like a place where things actually get done. We don’t have any marketing brochures or a sales team to talk to people. If you want to find us, we’re just another business in the city. We’ve been around for some time now, and we’ve seen the city change quite a bit with all the new IT parks and roads. Despite all the new buildings popping up, we just stick to our routine. We drink a lot of tea and coffee, talk about the projects, and try to get the numbers right. There’s no big corporate philosophy or mission here. It’s just a group of people who know how to handle engineering tasks. We stay busy with the local work and don't make a big fuss about it. It’s just a regular Hyderabad business doing its part every day. We usually stay late if a project is due, just trying to be thorough and finish the paperwork properly.
