JOSHITA INFRA HOUSING LLP

Our office for JOSHITA INFRA HOUSING LLP is tucked away in Kakatiya Hills. We are located on Road No 1, specifically at Plot No 38. It is in the Guttala Begumpet area of Shaikpet. Being in Hyderabad means there is always something happening outside the window. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and talking to the guys out on the field. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and coffee mugs. We are not the type of people to wear suits every day. It is more of a boots-on-the-ground kind of place. We moved into Sy 33 and 34P because it was a good location for our housing projects. Telangana has been growing fast, so we stay busy enough. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It is just us handling the paperwork and making sure the sites are running. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some drawings. Most of our neighbors are other small businesses doing the same thing. We try to keep things straightforward and simple. If there is a problem, we just fix it. No need for complicated meetings. It is just basic work involving bricks and mortar. We have been here for a bit now and know the local streets well. It is a decent place to work and the neighbors are usually quite friendly to us.
