Joshita Infra Developers Llp is located at Plot No 38, 2Nd Flooor, Syno 33 & 34, Road No : 1Kakatiya Hills, Guttala Begumpet. We’ve been working from this office for a while now, and it’s a decent spot. Most of our work involves the actual development of land and infrastructure. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the various sites we have going. We aren’t into the polished corporate image. We’re usually just wearing plain clothes and boots because that’s what the job requires. Being in Kakatiya Hills means we are close to a lot of development. We spend our mornings going through the schedule and our afternoons out in the field. There is always some kind of problem to fix, like a late delivery of gravel or a broken pipe. That’s just the reality of the business. We don’t make big claims about being the best; we just show up and do the work. The paperwork can be a real pain, especially with all the different regulations we have to follow. We try to keep our team focused, but it’s not always easy when the weather is bad or things aren't going right. Our second-floor office is where we try to make sense of it all before heading back out. It’s a living, and we’ve been at it long enough to know the ropes. Each project has its own set of headaches, but we manage.
