We are Joist Buildcon Private Limited, and you can find us at 104, Vijaya Enclave, Plot No.328-3-1010, Srinagar Colony, Panjagutta. It's a busy spot here. Most days we are just buried in paperwork or out at some site checking on how things are moving along. Dealing with construction in this part of town isn't always easy, especially with the traffic and the noise, but we get through it. We’ve been at this for a bit now, just trying to make sure the walls go up straight and the roofs don't leak. There are a lot of details to track, from the quality of the sand to how many bricks showed up in the morning truck. Sometimes things go slow because of the rain or a late delivery, and that's just how it is. We spend a lot of time on our phones talking to supervisors and suppliers. It’s not a fancy life, just a lot of coordination and making sure the labor stays on task. Our office in Srinagar Colony is where the planning happens before we head out into the dust. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just turn up, look at the drawings, and try to make sense of the project until the day is done. It's honest work, even if it's messy and tiring. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next pile of concrete to pour. Every day is a grind.
