It is a very well-known area in Hyderabad, but our office itself is quite modest. We are not one of those giant IT firms with thousands of people. We are a smaller team that prefers to keep things simple and manageable. MB Towers is a busy place, so there is always a lot of activity in the hallways and elevators. Our workspace is filled with computers and whiteboards that are usually covered in notes and diagrams. We don't have a polished corporate image or a dedicated PR person. We just wear what is comfortable and focus on the technical side of the business. Banjara Hills can be a fancy neighborhood, but once you step inside our doors, it is just a normal, busy workspace. We don't have a marketing department to write slogans for us. We just tell people what we do and let the results speak for themselves. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs instead. It is good exercise for us. We take our breaks at some of the local food spots nearby. We have been here for a while and have a good rhythm. The people working here have been around since we started, so we know how to handle things.
