If you head out to Jeedimetla and look for Plot No. D-53 in Phase-1, you’ll find us there. It’s an industrial area, so there is always noise from trucks and other factories nearby. Inside our gates, the machines are usually running to turn out different plastic items. It’s a manufacturing setup, so it isn’t the cleanest or quietest place to spend a day. We have stacks of raw material arriving and finished goods being loaded onto tempos throughout the week. The workers wear their gear and keep an eye on the molds and the temperature settings. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it, which slows things down, but that is just how it goes in this business. The office is just a small room off to the side where the invoices and ledgers are kept. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just some calendars on the wall and chairs for visitors. It gets quite warm in the summer because of the heat from the production lines. Most of our neighbors are also in manufacturing, so we all know each other and the local tea stall guy. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure the counts are correct before they leave the gate. It’s honest work and we stay busy from morning till evening most days of the week.
