We’ve been here at Plot No 201 and 202 in the Venkateshwara Co Op Industrial Estate for a long time now. If you know Jeedimetla, you know how busy it gets around here. Our gate is usually open by eight in the morning because there is always something that needs to be moved or fixed. It isn't a fancy place with air conditioning or glass walls. It’s mostly just concrete, some heavy machines, and a lot of noise. We spend most of our time out on the floor making sure the machines are running right. Sometimes the power goes out or the trucks get stuck in the narrow lanes, but that is just part of being in this area. We started with just a few people and now we have a decent crew who knows exactly where every tool is kept. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or take a bike to work. The office is small and usually has stacks of papers on the desks from the last few years. We don't really have a big team for marketing because we are always too busy actually doing the work. Usually, if someone needs something, they just walk in and ask. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. It is just a regular workplace where we try to get things done without too much fuss or extra talk.
