You can find Vigot Foods Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No 77 on the first floor in Subhash Nagar. We spend most of our time dealing with food products and making sure everything is handled properly. Subhash Nagar is a busy area, and our place at 7-23/7 stays active from morning until late. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just focus on how the food is put together. The kitchen and storage areas take up most of our space. It's a lot of manual work, moving crates and checking inventory. Some days are smoother than others. When a big order comes in, everyone has to jump in to help, even the folks who usually handle the paperwork. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We've had some long days here, especially when the weather is hot and we have to keep an eye on everything. It’s just how it goes in the food business. We aren't perfect, but we try to be consistent with what we do. If you come by Subhash Nagar, you might smell what we're working on before you see the sign. We don't have a big office with air conditioning everywhere, so it gets a bit stuffy, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on getting the crates packed and the deliveries sent out to the local shops. It is a lot of work, but we like it.
