Working at Thermal Systems Pvt. Ltd. means being right in the middle of the industrial action. We are located near the Apuroopa Town Ship in the Ida Jeedimetla area. It is a place where there is always a truck moving or a machine running nearby. Our building is a solid structure that has seen a lot of work over the years. Inside, we deal with a lot of systems that handle heat and energy. It is technical work and the floor is usually covered with tools and metal parts. The guys wear heavy boots and spend their shifts making sure everything is built correctly. Jeedimetla can be a dusty place with all the factories around, but we are used to it. We have a small office area where the phones ring quite often with people asking about their orders. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting together and talking about things other than work. We have been part of this industrial belt for a long time. The traffic around the township can be a headache in the evenings when everyone is trying to head home. We don't have any fancy signs or big advertisements. Most people who need us already know where we are. It is hard work and it gets hot in the workshop, especially during the summer months. But we just keep at it, finishing one job and moving to the next one.
