Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd.

We’ve been here at Plot No-31/a on Road No-10 in the Jeedimetla industrial area for quite a while now. If you know Phase-I, you know it gets pretty busy around here with all the trucks and people moving about. Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd. is just one of those places that’s part of the landscape in this part of town. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot, getting things sorted and making sure the day's tasks are lined up. It’s not a fancy office with a view, just a solid place where work happens. We see the same faces every morning at the tea stalls nearby and then head inside to get to it. The roads in IDA Jeedimetla can be a bit rough sometimes, especially when it rains, but we manage. People here mostly just focus on their jobs. There isn’t much talk about big visions or anything like that, just getting the batches right and keeping the equipment running like it should. We’ve seen the area change over the years, more buildings going up and more traffic, but our spot on Road No-10 stays pretty much the same. It’s a practical setup. We go in, do the work that needs doing, and head home when the shift is done. It’s just how things are around here. Nothing too complicated, just a bunch of us working in the lab and the production area day in and day out.
