Our Hyderabad office is in Madhapur, specifically at Flat 102 in Monica Residency. It’s an apartment building that’s been converted into workspaces. It’s a bit different than the big tech parks you see around this part of town, but it suits us. Jda Software has a small team here. We’ve got the front room set up with a few monitors and some desks. The kitchen is mostly just for making coffee and keeping our lunch boxes cool. Madhapur is always buzzing, so there’s plenty of places nearby if we need to grab a quick bite. Being in a residency means we have neighbors who are just living their lives, so we try to keep the noise down. We spend most of our day on the software side of things, looking at code or talking to our other teams. The balcony gives us a little bit of fresh air when the room gets too stuffy. It’s a practical space. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Just a small plate on the door so people know they’ve found the right flat. The traffic in Hyderabad can be a mess, so we’re glad our spot is easy to find once you get into the lane. It’s just a group of us working hard to stay on top of our tasks every day. We don't need a lot of room to do what we do, and this flat works out just fine.
