Jb Fecility Management Services is run out of Flat No 10 in the Geetha Shanker Apartments. We are located in Prashant Nagar, which is part of the Malakpet area in Hyderabad. It’s a regular residential building, so our office is really just a converted apartment space. We manage things like cleaning, security, and general maintenance for other buildings and offices. Most of our staff are out at different sites throughout the day, so the office itself stays pretty quiet, except for the phones ringing. We have a few cupboards full of uniforms, cleaning supplies, and basic tools. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone comes in for the weekly meeting, but we make do with some extra folding chairs. Hyderabad is a big city, and moving between sites in Malakpet and beyond takes up a lot of our time. We don't have a fancy lobby or a big sign outside. Usually, people find us because we already manage the building they work in or they know someone who uses our services. It’s a practical business. We deal with broken pipes, leaky roofs, and grumpy security guards every day. It’s not glamorous, but it’s necessary work that keeps things running smoothly for our clients. We’ve been based in Geetha Shanker Apts for a while now and the neighbors are used to seeing our crew coming and going at odd hours.
