You can find us over at Eminent Plaza, specifically in the office at Plot No. 140 and 141 on the first floor. We are right in the middle of the 6th phase of KPHB Colony. It is a very loud and active neighborhood, so there is never a quiet moment around here. We work on infrastructure projects, which basically means we are involved in the heavy-duty side of building. Our desks are usually covered in site photos and dusty files. We have a small group of people who have been doing this for years, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs to be done. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers, checking on where the sand or the rebar is. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary work. Sometimes we have to deal with neighbors or local issues that slow things down. The office isn't very tidy, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big signs. Most of our work comes from just being around and doing what we said we would do. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us arguing about a timeline or checking a budget sheet. It’s just the daily life of a construction company in a busy part of the city. We take the work as it comes and try to handle it. KPHB is home to all our planning and phone calls.
