Jayakumar Karanam

I am Jayakumar Karanam and my workspace is located at 859 Banjara Avenue, right in the Banjara Hills area of Hyderabad. The address is 6-3-597/A/12/12/A/6B, which is a bit of a mouthful, but once you find the building it’s easy enough. I have been working from this location for quite a while now. It’s where I handle all the technical details and paperwork for my projects. The office is pretty basic, with just the essentials like my desk, some storage for files, and a place for people to sit. I spend a lot of time here concentrating on drawings and planning. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside. I prefer to keep things straightforward and just focus on the task at hand. I don’t use any big words or try to act like a big company. It’s just me here, making sure things are done correctly. Sometimes the days get long, but that is part of the job. I’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this place over the years. If someone needs to talk about a project, they usually just drop by or give me a ring first. It’s a practical way to work and it suits me just fine. I try to stay organized with folders for everything, though the desk still ends up covered in papers by the end of the week. It’s just the nature of the work I do here.
