Jayaar Infraventures Private Limited

We are based over in Janapriya Nagar Phase 2, which is a busy part of Miyapur here in Hyderabad. The office at 2-2/192G is really just a practical place for us to keep our files and meet up before heading out to various sites. It isn’t fancy at all, but it gets the job done for Jayaar Infraventures Private Limited. Most of our days are spent checking on construction progress or talking to suppliers on the phone. We started this because we saw how much the neighborhood was growing and wanted to be part of that work. The traffic around Miyapur can be a real pain in the afternoons, but we’ve lived and worked here long enough to know the shortcuts. Our office usually has a few stacks of blueprints lying around and some half-empty tea cups. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of the people who call us heard about us from someone else in the area. It feels good to see a project finished, but there’s always something else to get to the next day. We just try to stay busy and do the work that comes our way without making a big fuss about it. It is a small operation, and we like keeping it that way so we can actually focus on the building part of the business and handle our tasks.
