Our office is on Road No 2 in Banjara Hills, at H.No. 8-2-120/86/1. This is a very old and established part of Hyderabad. Janapriya Homes has been operating for a long time now. We have seen this city change in ways we never expected. Our office is a bit traditional. We still use a lot of physical files and have maps of the city pinned to the walls. We work on residential projects and housing. Most of our day is taken up by meetings with people looking for a place to live or dealing with all the government departments for various permits. It isn't always the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. We have several staff members who have been with us for twenty or thirty years. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how much the traffic on Road 2 has worsened over the decades. We don't use much high-tech equipment, just enough to get our work done properly. We have built many apartments across the city over the years. People in Hyderabad generally know our name. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most modern company. We just want to keep building solid houses that regular people can afford and live in. It’s a steady, everyday business. We show up early, do our tasks, and head home. That is really all there is to it.
