Jama Software Solutions Private Limited is tucked away in Saidabad. Our address is 17-1-391/S/306 in Singareni Colony. Since it is a residential area, it does not feel like you are heading to a tech job when you show up. We are on the third floor. The building is just a regular apartment block, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is all software. We have desks crammed into the rooms and wires running along the baseboards. It gets the job done. We like being in Saidabad because it is a bit more relaxed than the city center. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is not too soul-crushing. We do not have a HR department or a marketing team. It is just the developers and a couple of people handling the paperwork. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway and it gets a bit loud, but we do not mind much. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and sometimes people bring in sweets from the local bakery. We are not trying to be some massive global corporation. We just like writing code and seeing things work. It is a humble setup, but it suits us just fine. If you were looking for a polished office with glass partitions, you would not find it here.
