Jaithra Infotech Private Limited is based out of Flat No. 4 in Plot No. 49, over in Kavuri Hills. It’s right in the Madhapur area, which everyone knows is always moving. Even though we are in a busy part of Hyderabad, our actual office feels a bit more tucked away in G.B.Pet. We aren't the type of company that has a lot of rules about how to dress or how to talk. We just want people who know what they’re doing. Most of us just wear jeans and get straight to the tasks for the day. We don't have a dedicated person for marketing, so we don't have any of those shiny brochures or polished scripts. We just tell people what we do and then we do it. The office itself is pretty simple—just desks, computers, and a lot of power cables running everywhere. It’s not the most stylish place, but it’s where we get things done. We usually have lunch together and talk about anything other than work for a bit. It helps keep us sane when the projects get a bit heavy. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the tea stall owners nearby and the shortcut to the main road. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people who happen to know a lot about tech. We just keep our heads down and work.
