Our place is at H No 6-105/35 in Himayath Nagar. This is a really central part of Hyderabad, so it’s always buzzing with people and cars. The office is in an older building, and you can feel the history of the area when you walk in. It isn't a modern glass-and-steel setup, but it suits us just fine. There are files from old projects tucked away in every corner, and the desks are usually covered in sketches and notes. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with the people on the sites. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. We don't have a big corporate structure with managers for every little thing. It’s mostly just us doing whatever needs to be done that day. Some days that means being out in the sun at a site, and other days it means sitting under the fan and doing the accounting. Himayath Nagar is a great place to work because everything you need is just a short walk away. We like the local vibe here. We aren't here to give some big sales pitch. We just do the construction work and keep things moving. There is always some problem to solve, like a broken tool or a late truck, but that’s just the nature of the business. We take it as it comes and try to stay busy every single day.
