Jai Bhavani Citi Planner

We set up Jai Bhavani Citi Planner over at Plot No 1. It’s right by the Lb Nagar Circle Office, so there's always a lot of movement around here. Saroor Nagar is a busy area, especially during the commute hours. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Dealing with city planning stuff means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and layouts. It's not the most exciting work for everyone, but someone has to do it. The office is right on the corner, basically. We see a lot of people heading to the government offices nearby. Hyderabad is changing so fast, especially this side of town. We try to keep up with all the new rules and zones. It’s a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the rolls of paper. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the area well. Lunch usually comes from one of the small places down the street. We like the energy of LB Nagar. It’s practical. No one here is trying to be too formal. We just open up in the morning and start going through the files. If you're around Saroor Nagar, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s a simple setup we've got. We don't use much fancy software, just what's needed to get the plans done right. It's a steady job and we're glad to be here.
