Ivy League Homes And Villas Llp is the name of our company. We are located in Erramanzil Colony at Trendset Grande, Block B, Floor No. 305. It might sound like a fancy name, but we are really just regular folks who build houses. Most of our day is spent checking on how the construction is moving along at different spots around the city. We are not the corporate type at all, even though our office is in a nice building. You will usually see us wearing jeans and dusty boots because we probably just came from a site visit. We deal with architects and different contractors all day long. It can get pretty stressful when the bricks do not arrive or the weather turns bad suddenly. We have had our share of delays over the years, but we just keep pushing through. We do not have a big team of sales people to answer the phones. Usually, if you call, you end up talking to one of the owners or a site manager. We like it that way so that nothing gets confused or lost. Building a home is a huge deal for people, and we realize that. We do not use a lot of buzzwords. We just focus on the walls, the roof, and the pipes. It is a lot of small details that you have to watch every single day.
