Ivr Prime Urban Developers

Over at 1249/A on Road No. 62 in Jubilee Hills, that’s where we handle the Ivr Prime Urban Developers business. Jubilee Hills is a well-known part of Hyderabad, but our office is pretty low-key compared to some of the huge houses around here. It’s a busy road, and there’s always a lot of traffic, especially in the evenings. We’ve got a lot of maps and site plans pinned to the walls. It’s a bit of a messy office, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time dealing with urban development stuff, which means lots of phone calls and meetings with contractors. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with heavy wooden desks and some dusty corners. We have a small area where we sit and eat lunch together, usually talking about the city’s growth or the latest cricket score. It gets pretty humid here in Hyderabad, so the air conditioning is always running, even if it makes a bit of a rattling noise. We don’t really go for the corporate polish. We’d rather just talk plainly about what needs to be built and how we’re going to get it done. People think because we are in Jubilee Hills we must be very fancy, but we are just regular folks working on construction and development. It’s a lot of hard work and staying on top of the details every single day.
