We are Itihas Infra Projects Private Limited. Our office is on Plot No.1 in Ravi Colony. It’s part of the Sy No.19 area in Kondapur. If you know Kondapur, you know how much it has changed lately with all the new buildings and the tech companies nearby. We are right in the middle of all that growth. We mostly handle infrastructure projects, which means a lot of time spent on site and dealing with heavy equipment. When we are back at the office, we’re usually catching up on paperwork or planning the next stage of a job. It’s a practical workspace, not a fancy showroom. We have a small group of people who have been with us for some time. We don’t really do much advertising. People usually find out about us through others in the industry. Ravi Colony is a pretty decent spot for us because we can get to the main roads easily enough. We deal with the typical problems you get in construction, like rain delays or workers not showing up, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s not always pretty, but the work gets done eventually. We like to keep things straightforward and don't see the point in overcomplicating our business. We’re just local people trying to build stuff that lasts and keep our projects on track. That’s pretty much how we operate every day. It’s a lot of coordination and trying to stay ahead of the schedule.
