We operate out of Nagendra Nagar, which is right in the Habsiguda area of Hyderabad. Our office is on the second floor of building 7/143. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the main road, so it’s easy enough for people to find us if they know the neighborhood. Ithika Developers LLP is what we go by. We’ve been set up here for some time now, just going about our daily business. The office is usually full of files and some old chairs, nothing too special to look at. We spend a lot of our time talking to people and checking on how things are progressing out at different locations. Hyderabad is a big city, so we end up driving around quite a bit from our base here in 500007. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs to the second floor. It keeps us moving. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with big presentations. Instead, we just sit down and talk about what needs to happen next on a project. It’s a lot of phone calls and making sure the numbers add up. It’s regular work, and we try to do it right. Being in Habsiguda means we have plenty of tea stalls nearby for our afternoon breaks. That’s just a bit about how we run things day to day and how we manage the work that comes through our doors.
