Our office for It Trailblazers Resources Privatelimited is over in Madhapur at P No. 81, Sy. No. 67. If you know anything about Hyderabad, you know Madhapur is always humming with activity. There’s always someone moving somewhere and something new being built. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, especially with the way the survey numbers are laid out, but we’ve grown to like the energy of the place. We focus on resource management and tech-related services, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on calls or looking at spreadsheets and resumes. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s the work we know how to do. The office itself is pretty functional. We have desks, chairs, and a small area where we eat lunch together. We aren't the type of company that has big posters about changing the future on the walls. We’re more interested in making sure we get the current projects finished on time. The traffic around here can be a real headache, so we’ve all become experts at timing our arrivals and departures. It’s a small, tight-knit crew here. We have our share of disagreements about the best way to do things, but we usually figure it out over tea. We’re just local people working hard to keep things moving forward in a busy part of the city. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
