We are located right in the middle of the Madhapur buzz, specifically in Patrika Nagar. Our office is on the 4th floor of a building that covers plots 47, 48, and 49 on Street No 1, 2nd Avenue. It’s a busy neighborhood with people constantly moving around outside. At IT Reddy India, we don’t really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most of us are just regular people who happened to get good at tech stuff. The office space is okay, it gets the job done. We have a few rooms filled with computers and whiteboards that are mostly covered in scribbles that only half of us understand. There’s always someone complaining about the air conditioning being too cold or too warm. We spend our hours writing code and making sure systems don’t crash for our clients. It’s honest work, even if it feels repetitive some days. We’ve been in this Madhapur spot for a while now. The stairs up to the 4th floor can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more than we’d like. But once you’re up here, it’s just a group of guys and girls trying to solve problems. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls. We just have our tasks for the day and we try to finish them before the traffic gets too bad. It is what it is, and we like it.
