It Recruiter

It Recruiter is our small office over in Surya Nagar. If you know Chikkadpally, you know it can get pretty crowded, but we like it here in Hyderabad. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit, mostly focusing on finding technical staff for various projects. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, making calls and sending emails all day. We aren't a giant agency with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who know the local tech market fairly well. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we get used to it. People drop by with their CVs or just to ask about what roles are open in the city. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just look at what a company needs and try to find a person who can actually do the job. Hyderabad has plenty of talent, so there is always someone to talk to. We keep our paperwork simple and don't bother with fancy presentations. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the Surya Nagar area. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We like being part of the local neighborhood. Some days are slow, others are a total mess of interviews, but that is just how recruiting goes. We just keep at it day by day and try to find the right people for the jobs we have.
