It Recruiter is based in Buddha Nagar, right near the Uppal Depot in the Rangareddy district. Our address is 3-128. It’s a busy area with a lot of people moving through. We work out of this small office, focusing on finding candidates for IT positions. We don't have a big corporate name or a shiny glass building. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on the work. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails. There are many tech companies around this part of Hyderabad and Rangareddy, so we stay quite active. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We just look at what a person can do and see if a company needs that skill. It is mostly about making connections between people. Sometimes it's a bit hectic, especially when several companies are hiring at once. We’ve been in Buddha Nagar for a good bit and we know the area well. It’s a convenient spot for us. We don't do much advertising; people usually find us because we’ve been here a while. It’s just a straightforward recruitment office. We open up in the morning, do our work, and head home. That’s how we’ve always done it here. There's no need for anything more complex than that. We just try to help folks find a decent place to work in the tech industry.
