It Recruiter

We are based out of Domalguda at House Number 1-2-343/A/2 in the Pool Bagh area. It’s a central part of Hyderabad, so it’s easy for people to reach us. It Recruiter is basically just a few of us working on hiring for different companies. We don't do anything flashy. Mostly, we just sit with a laptop and go through lists of candidates. Some days are quieter than others. We deal with all sorts of IT roles. Hyderabad is full of software engineers, so there is always someone looking for something new. Our office is just a regular place in a residential-commercial mix neighborhood. We don't have those big signboards that light up the whole street. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking up the address. We try to be helpful when someone calls. It is a lot of back-and-forth between the guys looking for work and the companies needing help. We’ve stayed in this Domalguda spot because it works for us. It’s comfortable and we know the area well. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just take the requirements and try to find a match. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it right, but we keep going. It’s a small operation but we keep things moving for the folks who come to us. It is just everyday work for us here in the city. No big corporate layers to deal with.
