Isoftdt Private Limited is tucked away in Khanamet, near the Allapur area. It’s one of those parts of Hyderabad that’s constantly changing with new buildings going up every month. Our address is at S. NO. 56P, 57P. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it. We’ve been here since before the roads were even paved properly. The office is just a practical space for us to get things done. We don't have fancy art on the walls or a coffee machine that makes fancy lattes. We just have some desks, good internet, and a lot of work to get through. Most days involve a lot of screen time and talking through problems. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group trying to make a living and keep things moving without all the corporate drama. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but we manage. We’ve learned to live with the occasional power cuts and the noise of the city growing around us. It’s part of being in this part of town. We don’t spend much time thinking about how we look to the outside world. We just focus on the projects we have. We’ve been doing this for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Friday.
