Our office is over in Banjara Hills in Srinikethan Colony. We are in Basheer Villa which is an older building but it has plenty of space for what we need to get done. It's not one of those glass towers you see in the newer parts of the city. We have our computers set up and a small area for meetings when clients come by to talk about their projects. The neighborhood is actually quite nice with a lot of trees and it's generally quieter than the main road just a few blocks away. Sometimes the internet acts up but we manage to get things done eventually. We are a small group and we’ve known each other for a long time now. There is no dress code or anything formal here. Most days we just wear what’s comfortable and work through our tasks one by one. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes eat our lunch together at the big table. It feels more like a house than a typical workplace which is fine by us. Banjara Hills can be an expensive place but being in this colony makes it feel more like a real community. We don't have a dedicated receptionist so if you knock someone will eventually come to the door and let you in. We just keep our heads down and write the code or fix the bugs that come our way. It's a steady and quiet pace most weeks of the year.
