If you are looking for us, we are at Sona Arcade on Station Road. Our units are Shop 12 and 13 on the 1st Floor. The building is at H.No.9-1-199/218, right in the St Mary area. It’s a loud place because of all the traffic and the trains nearby, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. Ipshik Infra Private Limited is basically just a few of us trying to manage construction and infra jobs. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters. This shop is where we handle all the paperwork and meet with the foremen. Most of our work happens outside on various sites. We spend a lot of time coordinating deliveries and making sure the labor shows up on time. It’s a lot of logistical headaches, honestly. Some days everything goes wrong, and other days it’s fine. We don’t make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the plans and try to turn them into something real. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a table for the drawings. We aren't looking to become some giant company. We just want to do decent work and get home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a practical business for practical people.
