Our office is up on the 5th floor of Plot No.446 in the Ayyappa Society area of Madhapur. It’s right in the middle of Silicon Valley, which sounds very fancy but it’s really just a lot of busy streets and office blocks. We focus on mobile apps and pulse-related tech. The elevator is a bit slow, so we often end up taking the stairs if we are in a hurry. The space is open plan. We have long tables instead of individual cubicles so we can talk to each other easily. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once. We have some whiteboards where we map out how the apps should flow. There’s a small balcony where some of the guys go to take phone calls or just clear their heads. We don't have any flashy decor. Just some posters and a clock that’s five minutes fast. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we have a good rhythm. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build things that work on phones. The neighborhood has some great food spots which is lucky for us. We usually head out as a group for lunch around one. It’s a basic, hard-working setup and that’s exactly how we like it. We don't bother with corporate meetings that go on forever. We just get things done.
