Intergr8It is based out of Flat No 404 in the Happy Homes Castle building. It’s on 11 5 8 Red Hills. It’s actually an apartment turned into an office space, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold office building. We like it that way. You have to take the lift up to the fourth floor. Sometimes the lift is out of service, so we get our exercise on the stairs. It’s a small team here. We do a lot of tech integration and fixing problems that other people can’t seem to figure out. Red Hills is a nice enough area, fairly central. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a lot of cables running along the floor. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time on calls or writing code. There’s no big reception desk or anyone in a suit. We wear jeans and stay late if we have to. It’s just how we operate. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing. People usually find us because someone they know told them we were okay at what we do. It’s honest work. We try to keep things simple. If a client has a problem, we look at it and try to fix it without making a fuss. It's just us in an apartment doing our best to keep things running for everyone who uses our help.
